4:00 PM – 4:15 PM: Welcome and Introduction of Teams

4:15 PM – 4:25 PM: Pee Wee Division – Dolphins Team Picture and Contract Signing

4:25 PM – 4:35 PM: Pee Wee Division – Ravens Team Picture and Contract Signing

4:35 PM – 5:45 PM: Junior Division – Bucs Team Picture and Contract Signing

4:45 PM – 5:00 PM: Junior Division – Chiefs Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:00 PM – 5:15 PM: Junior Division – Cowboys Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:15 PM – 5:25 PM: Junior Division – 49ers Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:25 PM – 5:35 PM: Major Division – Saints Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:35 PM – 5:45 PM: Major Division – Packers Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:45 PM – 5:55 PM: Major Division – Jets Team Picture and Contract Signing

5:55 PM- 6:00PM Closing Remarks

Event Details:

The event will start at 3:45 PM with the arrival and registration of the teams. The teams will be welcomed and introduced at 4:00 PM. The Pee Wee Division Dolphins and Ravens teams will have their team pictures taken and contracts signed from 4:15 PM to 4:25 PM and 4:25 PM to 4:35 PM, respectively.

The Junior Division Bucs, Chiefs, Cowboys, and 49ers teams will have their team pictures taken and contracts signed from 4:35 PM to 5:15 PM.

The Major Division Saints, Packers, and Jets teams will have their team pictures taken and contracts signed from 5:25 PM to 5.55 PM.

During the team picture and contract signing ceremony, each player will sign their contract with their family members present to celebrate and witness the occasion. The event will conclude at 5.55 PM with the completion of the last team’s picture and contract signing.

The event aims to promote teamwork, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among the players and their families. It is an excellent opportunity to capture memorable moments of each team’s journey in the upcoming football season.
