Game Format:
- Each game slot: 55 minutes
- Main field divided into four NFL Flag sized fields
- Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime
- Time management is flexible
Participation:
- Free for all players and coaches
- Spectator fee: $29 per parent or fan

- Parents can use the link or scan the QR code. There will be a drop down menu for parents to select what team they are coming out to to support.
When: Please aim to arrive at least 1hr 30 minutes ahead of your slated gametime. This will ensure that your athlete is given ample time to warm up, and that you’ll be able to find seating and get situated. Teams have to be down on-court ready to go at least 15 minutes ahead of their gametime. Please aim to be prepared 15-20 minutes ahead of your slotted gametime. Our photographer will also look to get photos of your team before, during, and after your gametime.
If your team is playing during the first hour of the event, doors open 30 minutes ahead of scheduled game time, so please be prepared for a brief back-up (as all participants, teams, and their families will be lined up for check-in at the same time); we will make sure that athletes and their families are in-place before gametime!
Entry/Parking: Everyone will enter the Stadium through Gate B, Parking is included with the spectator pass it is in Lot 4, to get to Lot 4 Enter Lot B/C, park in Lot 4.
Seating: Seating will be located in Sections 136-137
Check-In: This is a step-by-step overview of the check-in process.
- Arrive at the stadium
- Enter through Gate B
- At entry, you will encounter Event check-in. Here, you may encounter a short line, as Playbook representatives work to verify registration for the event.
- Please simply provide your name and the quantity of passes you purchased to the representative at check-in, and you’ll be all set! If prompted for additional confirmation, please feel free to show a confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.
- Players and Coaches will enter through the same entrance
- Teams will make their way onto the field 15 minutes before their time slot, if teams arrive early they are encouraged to sit in the stand or concourse until 15 minutes before their game time.
- If you are a Gold or Platinum Donor, you will receive a corresponding wristband.
- Please proceed toward the stands after getting checked-in, where you can find your seats. All GA supporters can sit anywhere in the permitted sections besides rows 1-5. Those are reserved for Gold Donors.
On-Court Operations:
- Playbook doesn’t provide refs. Please include any refs on your roster for free entry. This is meant to be a friendly scrimmage so typically an assistant coach will officiate the game, if you would like to bring out an actual ref they will be allowed in for free.
Concessions: Concessions will be open this is controlled by the venue – your athlete is encouraged to bring a water bottle, as well.Parents/Spectators: Please do not wait until the last minute to register your seats. We have to give the stadium an accurate estimate of attendance for staffing and security purposes.
